Payment

All payments must clear before we will despatch your new or revised CV. We accept the following methods of payment -

Cancellation

All orders may be cancelled up to 7 days after payment, except where your CV has been despatched. Full payment for services will be taken at the time of booking. If you decide the cancel the professional CV writing service, we reserve the right to charge an admin fee. The following penalties may apply:

Cancellation up to 7 working days prior to the consultation being undertaken will result in a 15% deduction from the amount to be refunded.

Cancellation up to 5 working days prior to the consultation being undertaken will result in a 25% deduction from the amount to be refunded.

Cancellation up to 3 working days prior to the consultation being undertaken will result in a 50% deduction from the amount to be refunded.

Cancellation up to 1 working day prior to the consultation being undertaken will result in a 75% deduction from the amount being refunded.

No refunds will be issued once the consultation with our CV writier has taken place.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued within 30 days following your request and will be credited in the same manner in which you made the original purchase.

Completion

Once completed your new or revised CV will be emailed to you. If you are dissatisfied with your new CV please call within 7 days of receipt to arrange another reveiw. Any changes requested and agreed during this period are covered under warranty. Any ammendments required after this period will be charged at £15+ VAT per hour. All our CV's are produced in microsoft word format. If you require your CV in an alternative format please advise during your telephone consultation. Any alterations or ammendments that you make yourself after receipt of your CV are done so at your own risk.
